8 hrs
1lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
¼ cup Italian Bread Crumbs
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Basil
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 jar (24oz) Spaghetti Sauce
  • Mix all your ingredients together in a large bowl except your spaghetti sauce.
  • Add one Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce to the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Using a 1 inch scoop, form your meat mixture into meatballs. Roll with the palms of your hands to form and press together the meatballs to help hold their shape. Add each meatball to your slow cooker. Repeat until all your meat mixture is gone.
  • Some of your meatballs will not be down in the spaghetti sauce and that's okay! It will cook down.
  • Don't mix the sauce and meatballs once it's in the crockpot! You could break your meatballs where they are not cooked yet. Don't worry they will cook down and everything will come together.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Once done strain off any grease that is on top. Serve with spaghetti or as meatball subs! Enjoy
