Taco Soup

Serves: 6
1lb Ground Beef
1 can Corn (drained)
1 can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can Chili Beans
1 can Rotel
1 pack Dry Ranch
2 pack Taco Seasoning
4 cups Beef Broth

    cROCKPot:

  • Cook and drain your ground beef till no longer pink. Once drained, add in one taco packet and amount of water on the package. You are just making normal taco meat.
  • Add all ingredients to your crockpot, stir and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve with sour cream, cheese and some tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!
  • STOVE TOP:

  • In a large pot cook and drain your ground beef till no longer pink. Once drained, add in one taco packet and amount of water on the package. You are just making normal taco meat.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to your pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream, cheese and some tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!
  • iNSTANT pOT:

  • On sauté cook and drain your ground beef till no longer pink. Once drained, add in one taco packet and amount of water on the package. You are just making normal taco meat.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to your instant pot.
  • Stir together
  • Add lid, set to sealing and pressure cook for 10 minutes with a quick release.
  • Serve with sour cream, cheese and some tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!
