Homemade Bacon Cheeseburger Helper

Serves: 6
1lb Ground Beef
2 cups Elbow Noodles
2 cups Warm Water
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 cup Colby Jack Cheese
¼ cup Bacon Bits
- In a large sauté pan brown your ground beef till no longer pink and drain once done.
- After drained add it back to your pan, add in your pasta, milk, water, seasonings and your worchester sauce. Stir to combine and push your pasta down so it is all in the liquid to cook.
- Cook on med low till your pasta is cooked through. I taste a piece of pasta to make sure its done. About 20-25 minutes. Stirring throughout that time.
- Once your pasta is done you will add in your cream soup, cheese and bacon. Stirring until combined. Keep your heat on low to let your velveeta melt and to thicken up your sauce.
- Serve with your favorite vegetable and roll! Enjoy
- Instant Pot Instructions:
- On the saute function brown your ground beef until no longer pink, drain the grease and add back to your instant pot.
- Next you will add in your noodles, milk, water, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika and worcestershire. Give everything a good mix and press the noodles down in the liquid. Then add your cream soup on top. ( DON'T MIX IT)
- Pressure cook for 5 Minutes. Doing a quick release after its done.
- Give it a good stir and add in your velveeta and bacon bits.
