Spicy Butter Pecans

1 pound whole pecans
½ stick (4 tbsp) unsalted butter
1 tbsp CWW Cajun Spice Blend
  • 1. Preheat oven to 250° F.
  • 2. Place the pecans on a sheet pan. Cube butter into small pieces and place around the pecans. Roast for 1 hour, stirring and flipping every 15 minutes. Use your senses of smell and sight - they should have a rich pecan smell and somewhat deepen in color without any burning smell.
  • 3. Remove from oven and sprinkle Cajun Spice Blend over the pecans and toss to evenly coat.
  • 4. Allow to cool completely before removing from the sheet pan. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
