3. Add tomatoes to baking dish. Move them around in the dish to ensure they are sufficiently oiled and will not stick to the dish once done.
4. Bake for 30-40 min, or until desired doneness. They should look slightly wrinkled with some browned spots on the skin. I prefer them to be on the more done end of the spectrum which results in a sweeter flavor.
5. Remove from oven and prepare your serving plate.
6. Place burrata in the center of the plate and surround with tomatoes and toasted bread.
7. Drizzle burrata with high quality olive oil, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper. Garnish with thyme leaves and serve.
